@shivkum2004 to have the old UI for just one (or few) users, create User Preference record with the value false.
Go to User preferences:
Search for "glide.ui.polaris.use", open it, add your name to User and click INSERT AND STAY, not Save (saving would overwrite the global preference for all the other users):

I have the properties "glide.ui.polaris.on_off_user_pref_enabled" and "glide.ui.polaris.experience" set to true. Which allows a user to switch between the old and new UI using the button on the System Settings popup in the upper-right corner.

Hi @shivkum2004 ,
The ServiceNow native UI has Creator Studio from Xanadu release and it's following the same till the latest version i.e. Zurich.
It's expected behavior as per the latest releases.
