ServiceNow Developer (ITAM & ITOM)

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Work Location: Zillion Office – Chennai

Experience: 5–10 Years (Mid to Senior Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise-level implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with focus on ITAM & ITOM modules
• Work on Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB data population
• Implement and maintain CMDB data models, relationships, and data integrity
• Develop integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and automation tools
• Support SAM Pro & HAM Pro implementations including data normalization and reconciliation
• Work on CSDM data model implementation and alignment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and solution delivery

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong expertise in ITAM & ITOM modules
• Experience with Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping
• Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript)
• Experience in API integrations and workflow automation
• Good understanding of CSDM framework and CMDB health
