Hello Everyone,

I have started my Servicenow journey and in my first step I have completed my CSA certification few days back 🙂
I have found my interest in going ahead in ITAM based on my research so far but i'm not limited to ITAM only.

I would like some guidance from the servicenow community on how to proceed further and develop some projects that can give me hands on experience so I could find a Good Job.

Pls recommend me any good leads and links on potential projects and resources that can help me learn and grow ahead.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Congratulations on completing your ServiceNow CSA certification! It's great to hear that you're interested in expanding your skills and gaining hands-on experience with ServiceNow. Here are some steps you can take to continue your learning journey and develop projects:

  1. Hands-on Practice: Practice what you've learned by working on hands-on projects. Start with small projects to familiarize yourself with different ServiceNow modules and functionalities. For example, you can create custom applications, workflows, and integrations, or customize existing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Consider building projects related to ITAM, such as asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, or hardware inventory tracking.
  2. 2. Explore ServiceNow Documentation and Training: Start by exploring the official ServiceNow documentation and training resources. ServiceNow offers comprehensive documentation, training courses, and learning paths that cover various aspects of the platform, including IT Asset Management (ITAM). You can access these resources on the ServiceNow website.
  3. Join ServiceNow Community: Join the ServiceNow community forums, user groups, and online communities. These platforms are great places to connect with other ServiceNow professionals, ask questions, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects. You can also find valuable resources, such as code snippets, best practices, and project ideas shared by community members.
