Servicenow documnet designer Add-in for word in GRC module.

Hi Team,

 

Did any one using servicenow document designer from Mac machines. We have installed Document designer Add-in from our O365 account. add-in is showing from windows machines. But its not showing for mac machines.

 Please advise on this and if any experience the same issue before.

Look like it is a compatibility issue. 2 things, try to repair the plugin and check otherwise, and log a Now support case.
