ServiceNow exam costs now cover two free retakes

Recently I have noticed that after an unsuccessful attempt with a CIS exam, we are allowed two more retakes without having to pay an additional retake exam fee. This was not the case in the past.

With every unsuccessful attempt, we get to register for the exam and upon re-registering, we get 90 days to retake the exam. That's a wonderful relief especially since the exam costs are steep. Thought this might be helpful for people preparing for an upcoming exam.

I am sharing this as my team has experienced this first-hand. No I have not seen official documentation so it was a pleasant surprise which is why I sought to share it with the community.

After seeing this post, I searched the ServiceNow Knowledge Base but couldn't find any related knowledge article or official documentation supporting this information.

Since posts like this can easily confuse a large audience, it would be helpful if you could attach the official ServiceNow documentation or KB article as a reference.
