Hi Everyone,
I've successfully integrated BeyondTrust Remote Support with ServiceNow.
While reviewing the documentation, I noticed references to adding fields to the cmdb_ci and sys_user tables. Could someone help clarify how these fields are populated and what role they play in the integration?
