ServiceNow for microsoft team plugin notifications

Hi All,

We recently installed the servicenow for microsoft team plugin and successfully integrated with azure account and now we're getting the notifications [INC  and approval notifications].

But currently we're facing one issue is, we're getting duplicate email notifications like below:

1. When state is moved to in progress or new or resolved we're getting same notification twice.
2. State is on hold and hold reason is awaiting for caller inputs then we're getting duplicate notifications.

When we checked OOB business rule and notifications and script include we're not sure how these notifications are triggering.

Can anyone help us on the issue.
