ServiceNow > Assets --- keyword search no longer "looks" at former assigned

Hi All,
Up until recently, ServiceNow > Assets keyword search for an employee name would pull up old assets that had been assigned to the user. It no longer works. See attached. We now cannot find old assets and it is causing issues for our team.
How to fix this issue?

Try this: /ts_index_name_list.do?sysparm_query=table%3Dsys_metadata
Otherwise, go to System Definition > Text Indexes, and search where table = sys_metadata
