Hi @RahulG268996338 ,

I guess that you're referring to your PDI. In that case, only solution is to wait till it comes online again, or release the instance and request a fresh installation. There is no support available from ServiceNow or anybody else in relation to PDIs.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards

Hi @RahulG268996338

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. Keep refreshing the manage my instance widget under developer site.
  4. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hello @RahulG268996338 ,

This issue is being faced by multiple users, including my colleagues. Since there is no official support available for PDIs, the best option is to wait for the instance to come back online. If the issue is urgent, you can request a new PDI instance.

Common reasons for a PDI going offline include:

  • Hibernation / Wake-up delay: Due to inactivity, PDIs may go offline and usually take a few minutes to start after access.

  • Maintenance or patching: ServiceNow may perform updates or maintenance, causing temporary unavailability.

  • System-wide issues: Platform-level problems can impact multiple users and are typically resolved by ServiceNow internally.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Aditya,
