Hi Team,
we are trying to integrate AWS support dashboard with servicenow. So when ever we raised aticket in servicenow it should be reflected in aws support center,
can this process can be achievable, Please suggest.

Hi Sukanya,
Check if AWS supports REST/SOAP. If they support any of the webservices then you can definitly send incident data to them.
How the data will be processed and shown on the dashboard needs to taken care by AWS admin/developer.
May be AWS has some readily available REST/SOAp api that you call.

Did you get this to work?
We need exactly the same.
Its working from Postman. But I am stuck with Signature issue when sending request from ServiceNow.
Can you let me know how you generated AWS signature in ServiceNow?
