I am looking for the best approach to implement the ServiceNow inbound integration with oracle database for creating and updating the records in ServiceNow. The ServiceNow should have one scheduled job to fetch the data from oracle database and perform either creation or updating of tickets.
Could anyone tell me what would be the best approach to implement this integration and its respective steps?
