servicenow integration with verizon creating duplicate tickets

we have tfs- service now - verizon integration and other way around which was working properly, for few tickets if tfs raised we create a ticket  send a referance and working as expected in turn this creating a duplicate entries in verizon side.

What problem you are facing now.

If Duplicate ticket is getting created twice at Verizon end, Check the script and its trigger condition /flow/scheduled job from where your are sending payload to create a new ticket at ServiceNow end..
