Great Learning for those who wants to customize notification content in workspace notification.
We had a requirement wherein we had to change the notification content like showing category and assigned to in the notification content.
We researched a lot and found that by default ServiceNow shows Priority: Short Description in the content as shown below:
Note: Learning is you cannot change the Notification content like adding assigned to or any other field in the notification content. This option is not available for now. May be coming in upcoming release.
