Hi All,

 

For the below scenario I have configured a workflow and a notification as below, but the notification is still not sending.

 

Scenario #1 – Response SLA
Based on SLA with the following parameters:
SLA Grouping: N2 Pricing
SLA Definition Name: <contains> Resp
Business Elapsed Percentage: 50%
Assignment Group is NOT: ABCXXXXXXX group
Recipient: Members of assignment where the INC is assigned

 

Could you please check what am I missing here?
