I am using the Now Agent app for the Custom Portal. I have one page with custom widget having link to download the PDF file. This file is located in the sys_attachment table in the service-now. So when user click on the link will be able to download the pdf to their device. This is working correctly for the Android devices but not working for the Iphones. In Iphones it is opening the PDF in the Application itself. No option to download on the device.
