ServiceNow Otto – Prerequisites & Enablement Steps

Can anyone please explain the exact procedure and prerequisites required to completely enable ServiceNow Otto? Do we need to have Moveworks or AI Control Tower (AICT) already installed and configured, or are they optional? I’d like to understand what exactly needs to be installed, activated, and configured to get Otto fully working.
