Hi everyone,
I need some help regarding my ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
It has been around 3-4 days since I requested my PDI, but I still haven't received access. I have been waiting and checking regularly, but there has been no update or progress.
I understand there can be delays, but waiting this long is becoming really frustrating because I want to continue my ServiceNow learning and practice.
Has anyone else faced this issue recently? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process or get my PDI assigned?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @velpurisandeep ,
Unfortunately, this has become quite common recently. Due to the high demand for Personal Developer Instances (PDIs), there can be a queue before an instance becomes available.
A few things you can try:
Continue checking the Developer Portal periodically, as instances are released when capacity becomes available.
If you have the option, request a PDI on an earlier release (if available), as those sometimes have shorter wait times than the latest release.
If the delay continues for several more days, consider posting on the ServiceNow Developer Forum or contacting the ServiceNow Developer Program support team through the Developer Portal.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to expedite the assignment, as PDIs are allocated based on available capacity.
I hope you get your instance soon!
