My servicenow personal instance is not working from last one week can anyone please assist.

Hi @poonam11sin ,

As info message displayed above stated there're some issues with PDI and they're working on a resolution.

Or sometimes PDI can't be assigned because ServiceNow offers a limited number of instances.

Anyway you need to wait and try again to get your own PDI instance.

There is some issue by ServiceNow and I believe there is nothing to be done about it but to wait... 😕
