Hi everyone! How are you? I'm working in a Powerapp connected with ServiceNow. The ServiceNow team gave me access to Sandbox1 and all the permissions to connect the API with Custom Connectors in Powerapps.
The custom connector is working perfectly:
but when I try to use it in powerapps I recieve this error message:
Can you help me here please?

In your Power App, what user account are you using as the connection? If that account doesn't have access to the data, it will fail.

To log in to PowerApps, I'm using my company account, which is different from the ServiceNow account. I only use the ServiceNow account to create the connection between ServiceNow and PowerApps. However, with the same company account and connection in a Power Automate flow, it is working correctly, and tickets are being created. Therefore, I'm not sure if this is an issue with PowerApps or if there is another factor involved.

In the Power platform, you can set up connections. You will need to create a SN credential and enter your SN credentials into that connection. Then use that connection to access SN.
