Hello,
I'm unable to install the 'ServiceNow Remote Instance spoke' on my PDI but would like to ask those that may be using this spoke whether the 'Get Remote Record' action is limited to using the sys ID of the target record in the same way that the OOTB table API expects...
GET https://dwpintegration.service-now.com/api/now/table/{tableName}/{sys_id}
I would prefer that we could query the target table with a different condition (e.g. instance_name='myinstancename') rather than being tied to using the sys ID.
If this is not possible, does anyone know how to lookup a table on the remote instance as part of a coded step within a custom action in flow designer (using a SOAP step for example)?
