ServiceNow- SAP integration, issue with retrieving data - worker profile

Hi ,

 

anyone experienced with integration with SAP to retrieve job information for employees?

 

We have an issue for person who has primary and secondary assignment. The issue is that information such as Business area, division etc are retrieved only for one of the assignments into the Worker profiles staging table. I checked the subflows and there are two > Retrieve worker profile and Retrieve Effective Worker profile.

Can anyone help me to understand what are the differences? I asked the team to check the jobs in SAP and both assignments have effective date and should be ok. I cannot figure out why would we retrieve only one though.

 

Does anyone have any idea what we might check to find the root cause please?
