ServiceNow Teams integration - Major Incident - "User does not have e-mail" error

We've been integrated with MS teams for some time for conference calls. However recently we started to see this issue when selecting a group for a conference:

It is stating a member of the group does not have an e-mail, however if I remove the group and add that same user it works without issue.

 

Any idea on what might have started to cause this all of a sudden? Nothing has changed our side and MS teams integration appears to be working as I can still import chat histories, and select the individual user.

I wanted to paste an update for anyone who might come across this issue.

 

Working with ServiceNow they created PRB1879039 - They did provide an update set fix. I don't know if that is attached to the problem as of yet.

Hello @Community Alums 

When group is selected make sure group has dl populated under email field/column if it's empty it shows this error.

It is saying a user in the group does not have an e-mail. not the group itself.

As you are using OOTB way, so better in this case log a case with Now Support team, or try to upgrade the plugin once.
