ServiceNow Time Question

When looking at change records in ServiceNow the planned start and end times are accurate, but when a report is sent out the start and end times are showing up +5 hours and we are not sure why the discrepancy.  Any ideas? Everyone sees the correct time in ServiceNow as the submitted intended and everyone who receives the automated report every morning sees the incorrect time.
