ServiceNow UI Builder highligting a particular data grid column.

We have a data grid for Strategic Planning Workspace. I wanted to highlight "Allocate Budget" tab by putting in some message or highlighting it. I am able to do it for column heading but not for entire column. The properties of these columns are defined in a data broker (screenshot is attached for the same). Is there a way through which we can highlight the entire column "Allocate Budget", so that end user have an idea to enter some values.
