ServiceNow University SSO loop issue

I can log in to servicenow.com with my ServiceNow ID, but when I try to open Now University I get stuck in an infinite redirect loop between the SSO login page and the University URL. I never reach the University home page or my course. I have already tried: logging out of all ServiceNow sites, using incognito/different browser, and clearing cookies/cache for ServiceNow domains, but the issue persists. Please check my account and fix the authentication/SSO mapping for University .

have you used different email to login to servicenow support?

I'm having the same problem. I can log in fine to every other site but learning.

I had the same issue after updating my ID while changing jobs. I changed from a partner email to my personal email and Now University didn't like that email address. I raised a ticket via the virtual agent and had no reply from Surf support for over a week, despite calls to escalate.
I eventually resolved this myself by logging into the MyNow section where I could see my full profile, including certs again (note that navigating to University from MyNow still has the same loop error). From MyNow I updated the ID from my personal email to my new company email, and had full access restored within a few minutes.
Hope that helps anyone else stuck with this frustrating problem!

Please have a colleague to raise a support case on your behalf, including the affected user's email ID, and the steps which are already attempted. Learning Support team will unlock the profile from their end. Once this is done, you should be able to to access University without loop.
