I have gone through the data center details. However when I put /stats.do at the end of the URL, I am not able to find the details to which datacenter my instance is.

as far as I know Service now is cloud based, I want to know which cloud it uses - Amazon, Azure, etc.

i am not sure about the Cloud, but /stats.do will surely work
