Hello,
A user is getting this error: Session expired (401) 'Your login session has expired. Please login again'
We are on Tokyo Patch-4
User is using Next Experience view in ServiceNow for a few weeks, but now it time out on a very regular basis. It is not after a set amount of inactivity but sometimes after have just used the forms a couple of minutes ago. In effect it time out many times a day.
How can this issue be resolve.

Hi @Ken61 ,
This is the expected behavior. However, you can increase the value of the glide.ui.session_timeout system property to avoid session timeout.

Hi @Community Alums thanks for your quick response.
The value on the system property is already 30 min and this is happening like 4 times within the 30 min. And this is only happening to a single user.
Do you think changing property value is the best practice here??.
Thank you

Hi,
Same problem here. Using on-prem instance, Tokyo patch, with Next Experience UI.
gilde.ui.session_timeout value is set to 60
Still users get "session expired, please log in again" -pop-up about every 5 minutes after being inactive in instance. Weird thing about this is, that after this pop-up, user really don't even have to log-in again, just needs to close a pop up from X and continue working.
Consulting ServiceNow support from this.
Bug maybe?
