set announcement in home page

we want to set message in servicenow home page ( Native UI), i tried with Annoutcement but it's working on only portal.

could you please help me how we can set message after login into servicenow.

What you are trying to achieve is on dashboard, which is not a case. To bring the message on top please create UX Banner
