Set Assignment Group based on users Help Group

Hello,

Help group is the filed available on user profile

If I'm a member of ABC group then assignment group of task should be set to value on Help group

so you mean, On user profile there is field call Help Group?

& how and where you are check ABC Group on inc or any other record?
