Set Hours as the default unit instead of FTEs in the resource menagement

There is a way to set a the default unit in the resource management workspace as Hours instead of FTE, for everyone?

Resolution

When the user navigates from the project workspace to the resource management workspace, the resource management workspace uses the effort type from the project workspace's allocation heatmap. 

So, it is recommended to select as hours view in the project workspace so that when you navigate to resource management workspace, it will also open in Hours view
