Set the second select to filter based on the first select's value

Hello , i have 2 select Compenents , First is calling sys_user_gmember the sacond calling sys_user , i wanna link them , for example when i choice ITIL group , the user selector must containe only ITIL users

How i can do it on UIB 

what i should use to link them

are these form fields? if yes then which table?

You can use advanced reference qualifier to filter 2nd field based on 1st provided they have relationship or some common field.

share some screenshots for those 2 fields and their dictionary configurations.
