Hi,
I'm trying to create an email notification that is sent to the user assigned whenever any worknotes or addition comments are added. If there is no user assigned, the notification will send to a group instead. Is this possible with a script ?

Thanks for these step by step and screenshots, but does it work for you?? I'm doing something similar where if the "Updated" field changes, then it sends out the notification. But, your BR script is not working for me.

Hi ,
It will be helpful if you can share some screenshots of what you configured...!!

Hi @Gopal6 ,
I would suggest to create two simple notifications to achieve this requirement. Please refer to the below screenshots for notification trigger and recipients details assuming we are creating notifications on incident table.
This solution is simple and easy for maintenance and requires no scripting. Please accept the solution if it resolves your query and mark the answer as helpful.
Let me know in case if you need further information.
1. Notification for assigned to
2. Notification to Assignment group members if assigned to is empty
Thanks,
