Hello - we have EC PRO and SharePoint search connector configured. Opening a pdf from the search results throws a 404 error.
I noticed the url adds the search terms at the end which causes this issue.
Other file types like .docx, pptx or open with no issues. I have a ticket open with ServiceNow support, it's been 5 days and so for no proposed resolution.
