Show choices in a list collector variable

Hello,

I have in a catalog item a variable set with a variable of type list collector, I've configured it so that list tabel is se to question_choice, made the choice in the respective table and set the reference qualifier. In Service Portal it says 'no matches found' when I click on the field. Is there something I've missed configuring the variable ?

Can you try with look up select box and check the ACL's on Table

Hi,

This would be probably due to ACL restriction on question choice table that you would need to modify. Are you as an admin able to view the choices?

No, with my admin role I still can't see the choices on the portal.

can you share the Ref  qualifier condition and if you call the script include code so easy for us find out the issue.
