Show domain picker is not available

HI All,

I have two instances. In one of my instance I am not able to see the Show Domain picker in header in system settings.

I have cross checked in Properties. By default my account has assigned to default domain when i activated the domain plugin.

Now how can i make the option available? Attaching the both snapshots.

You said you checked in properties...what did you check for? Did you see glide.ui.domain_reference_picker.enabled=true?
