Show form annotation and Change view on the service portal

Hi,

I have 2 issue.

1. I am try to show annotation on the portal which I created on the platform form.

2. How to change the form view on service portal based on the data available in the record in the same page?

Is there any way to achieve this? any help will be appreciated.

Can you give us some more detail?

Which portal page are we talking about, or which widget?

A very generic answer could be that you can leverage the 'form' widget to display a form. Annotations should be shown there as well.

For this form widget you can switch the view by adding it to the url. For example: https://instance.service-now.com/sp?id=form&table=incident&sys_id=ff4c21c4735123002728660c4cf6a758&view=ess
