Show related list on CAB Workbench Record

We are using the CAB Workbench.

We want to display the related list of "Affected CI's" as one of the tabs.

The issue is, you cant add related lists to the CAB Workbench screen (only sections), so I created a new "Section", and added the "Affected CI's" list to that section.

That works on the actual change record, but when you view it in the CAB Workbench, it's empty. My guess is that it doesn't know how to render a list of items.

Any ideas?

Hi Jack.

No. Sadly, it's not as easy as adding the related list to the form and auto magicly works... You have to modify the actual widget to display the data you want. Sadly i have no experience with Service Portal widgets so I'm unable to do this.
