Our team is conducting conversations to better understand how organizations are building and deploying AI agents — specifically agents that serve external customers across channels like voice, chat, and email. We're interested in understanding who's involved in building these agents, what the process looks like, and where things get challenging.
You're likely a great fit if you are currently building or have already deployed customer-facing AI agents using AI Agent Studio or another tool, or if you manage or oversee someone who does. Your insights would directly shape how we prioritize and improve the AI agent building experience in ServiceNow CSM.
