Since installing sn_workflow_studio and sn_flow_designer newer versions I cannot create a new flow

In my personal developer instance I installed newer versions of sn_workflow_studio and sn_flow_designer  on 6/14 because I was missing the Exit Loop flow logic option.  Since that time I have been unable to create a new flow or edit any existing ones.  Should I just release my instance and get a new one?
