SIR: Unable to identify source of the Read operation on column 'task.short_description'

Hi, 
Whenever a user  tries to create a Response task (sn_si_task) in the SIR Workspace the following info message appears

I've tried creating a RCA record with the following details but it still persists.

I've also tried creating RCAs records for sn_si_task, where Source is Global , Target Scope is Security incident response , Target Type = Table for each operation (except delete) but still no luck.


Anyone have an idea what's going on here?

Hello, I am also encountering the same error message. I am able to create the record but the error message is still there when you are creating or opening an existing records

Hello @Pranali18.

Check if you have a UI Policy for the short description field specific to the sn_si_incident table. If you do, try disabling it and converting your UI Policy to a Client Script. This worked as a temporary fix for me. I believe there will be an official fix for this in the Yokohama release.
