Skipped due to no valid approvers log appearing and group approval being skipped

My flow designer is skipping approval for a group and showing Skipped due to no valid approvers. The group has members and it is a itil group. Not sure why the approval is skipped. Can anyone help

Have you checked if the requester is already a member of the assignment group and if the group members are active?
