SLA Configuration Difination Help

Hi Connections,
 
I hope you all are doing well. I need your help to prepare a SLA definition document which will be presented to Client, how SLa's can be configured. I'm looking for some  SLA's defined documents (only snip will work) from any other projects. (the back ground is we have issue with response and resolution sla's in our project, when a reassignment to is done response sla is getting cancelled)
