Can you give a little more detail on what you're asking for?

Hey Vishnu,
If you define a new SLA Definition that happens to match the start and stop at the same time when creating an Incident (if that's the table you're basing this on) then to different things will happen depending on config:
- When you have not specified a condition type, or when you're using the Default, an SLA will not be attached
- When you are using the Simple condition type an SLA will be attached
Out of the box we ship without a Condition type specified which means the Default is used.
Docs link -- SLA condition rules
Does that answer your question?
Thanks,
Cameron
