SLA not attaching for particular account

Hello Experts,

 

I've a weird situation here where I've configured CSM in ServiceNow and SLA is a copy of OOB(only timing have been customized).  I've imported accounts and contacts from company's AD.

 

While I create a case with other accounts, SLA is attaching; however, only for one particular account, it isn't attaching any SLA. Please suggest your inputs.

Hi @Nagen ,

The account in question, is creating Case with P1 and New state ?

Did you check the task_sla table if SLA is creating but not attached with Case record.

Yes, it's a P1 Case created with New State. 

 

I've checked, SLA isn't created under task_sla table.  Any ideas?
