Hi Community,
Thanks for other threads regarding SLA set up on sc_task table. I am trying to configure SLA based on RITM variable -choice which user selects . Example: Variable name = VM provision, In these there are two choices 1)New 2)Existing
and SLA are different for NEW and EXISTING.
How do i set up that?

yes, you can set up
SLA Table: sc_req_item
select variables like attached.
