SLA task is complete, it stops on the timeline as expected but the status still says open

Hi All,

When the SLA task is complete, it stops on the timeline as expected but the status still says open even when the conditions to stop is met.

Has anyone encountered this issues before?

This is happening a lot, we can't keep going in and clicking the Repair SLA.  Could I script it to repair the sla?

If this is happening frequently, there may be an issue with the SLA, or it could be taking time to update the SLA record. In this case, please log a support case.

I don't have a script for this, but I would prefer to follow the out-of-the-box approach via the SLA table and repair it that way.
