Slack integration incident identification

Hello!

We have installed the slack integration successfully and it is working correctly. Googling around I see a few things saying the Source field on the incident table should automatically list that it is "Slack for ServiceNow" when an incident is created via slack, but that is not the case for us and it shows blank.

I have found this article from ServiceNow saying to download an update set, but I am unable to find the update set within the store it lists you can download Set up slack for a user or group

 

Have any of you had any luck identifying what incidents are coming in from Slack? If so, any ideas I can run with?
