SMS alert for P1 incident

Hi,

Email notification configured is getting triggered when P1 is raised. I want the SMS alert also to be triggered whenever P1 is raised. Please suggest

This is not straight forward...

You have to setup SMS service provider for this.

Question:  Now that AT&T has announced that they will no longer support SMS to email or email to SMS messages after June 17, 2025, and other carriers are likely to follow suit, what is SN's strategy for this capability?
