SMS Notification Not working

Hi Team,

 

I have configured email notification on my instance. Below configurations are already done in the system:

1. Notification

2. Subscription

3. Notification enabled

4. Notification device

5. Provider activation

 

I can see in email logs that mail is being sent but I did not receive any message in my cell phone.

If anyone has faced this issue or any suggestions will be really appreciated.
