Hi All,
We would like to check how sms notifications will work. For that we want to test it in our dev instance. So in the email properties, "Send all email to this test email address (non-production testing)" we have added +<number>@smsgw.ch (Eg: +441234567890@smsgw.ch). But the emails are not sent from Sent mailbox when we checked in the mailbox. It is showing as 'Invalid address' in the error string in logs. But if we send a test email from outlook to the same +<number>@smsgw.ch then it is sending successfully. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Sunil Safare

Hi Sunil,
For SMS Notifications, kindly note the following:
- In the notification, make sure you have an SMS alternative email body
- Have a network carrier configured on Servicenow
- Set the notification preferences of the recipient to enable SMS.
